Emigsville, PA – Incredibly Charming & Exquisite Historic B&B Mansion
My husband and I fell in love with the gorgeous Emig Mansion the moment we pulled on to the grounds. Off to the side of the house, a generously large wrap around porch welcomes guests to relax and socialize together. Upon entering we were greeted with the smiling faces of our gracious hosts Bill and Lori. After brief introductions, we were given a lovely tour of each room and told a bit of the history behind this amazing home.
Intricate woodwork, hardwood floors and stained glass filled all of the beautifully decorated rooms; wonderful portraits lined the walls and delicate antiques and magnificent furnishings were on full display. Each cozy bedroom, impeccably decorated with period timepieces and furniture, made our stay even more welcoming and enjoyable. Our very fresh and delicious breakfast each morning was served in the larger of two dining rooms.
I highly recommend this stunning mansion for anyone looking for a romantic getaway or simply to enjoy a stay in a fascinating piece of history.
